My Final Six Posters

These are my final six poster which i have chosen out of my twelve different designs. After picking which posters i wanted from my designs i then needed to make them fit well to my billboard layout size, to create this i needed to resize a few of the image, compose my text differently and finally i needed to get a Barnardos logo which was more appropriate for the billboard design as my first logo i used was a very small size to fit my thumbnail designs.

Billboards?

i am thinking that the best way to advertise my work is to make it look as if they are intended for a billboard size format. i think that picking a billboard layout will be better then a simple A4 landscape layout because it will apply more negative space which i think will allow the text and the images to stand out more without making them look very close togetehr and cramped.

Crayon (different media)

Another approach to using different media, however using a classical crayon was not a good idea because it was very hard to capture all the small detail, everything looked very smudged and cramped together which wasnt a good look for my posters, however it was interesting to try a different approach and experiment.

Pencil Crayon (different media)

i went over some of my images which i have chosen to put in my final posters in a different media to experiment with different approaches to my outcome. As i have chosen the technique to be an childish approach i used pencil crayon to go over the images because it is a type of media whcih is used by children. i did like this approach to my poster designs because i could still capture all the detail which i wanted to using the pencil crayon, never the less i still think that using the pencil tool on illustrator was more effective and gave the poster a sence of life.
